RETURNS & REPLACEMENTS
Standard Online Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with any item please contact us within 14 days of the date of receipt of your goods* to arrange to send them back to Brasilfit. On receipt of the returned goods we will refund in full for any full priced items (excluding any postage) subject to the goods meeting conditions below.
We are sorry but we cannot pay for the return postage of items. We strongly recommend that a signed for service is used as Brasilfit cannot be held responsible for any items which are damaged or go missing in transit.
Sale items are non-refundable- credit notes will be issued to the value of the returned goods excluding any delivery charges incurred.
Please follow the steps below for the return of faulty goods:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org or telephone +44(0)845 5571006 us to start the returns process.
- We will arrange with you for our courier service to collect the product(s) on an agreed date
(you will need a printer to print the returns label)
- If you fail to use the returns service we provide then you will be liable for the cost of the return. We strongly recommend if this is the case that you use a signed for service to demonstrate proof of delivery. Brasilfit cannot be held responsible for any items that go missing where a signed for service has not been used.
- Product(s) must be returned to us in perfect condition (unused and in the original packaging).
- Your parcel should be returned to: Brasilfit, Dovecote House, Northcote Fold, Linton, West Yorkshire, LS22 4UZ.
- Any delivery charge made for the original order is non-refundable.
- We will email you to confirm when your return or exchange has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to be made to your original payment method or for a credit note to be issued in the case of sale items.
We inspect all products sent before shipping to ensure the highest possible standards, but if for some reason the product you have received is not what you ordered or is in some way faulty, please contact email@example.com immediately quoting your order number and details of the product you wished to purchase and/or stating the problem with the item received. You should also specify whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return*.
*Terms & Conditions: all goods are your responsibility once in your possession, so please handle all goods with extreme care. In order to process a refund, the goods must be returned to us intact with tags, unworn, undamaged and as soon as reasonably possible. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you do not use unnecessary force and ensure you are not wearing perfume, body lotions, tanning products or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
